Using a
Soft Recovery
Service
DocotorRecovery is a Soft Recovery
service that offers an affordable alternative to more expensive solutions
such as hardware recovery or the purchase of recovery software. When
performing a Soft Recovery, it is presumed that all of
the data is
contained within the file
you submitted, and not somewhere else on your corrupted disk. Other solutions should
be considered only when the damage is too severe for Soft
Recovery and the ability to search the the entire disk is required.

We specialize in the data recovery of damaged or corrupted
Microsoft Office files, that includes Excel Spreadsheets, Access databases, Word
Documents and PowerPoint Presentations. We recover all data that we are able to
find including text, graphics, formulas, VBA macros, forms, reports, and
tables. We do not charge for files that we are unable to repair.
Complete the online form and attach your corrupted or
damaged file. Our automated system will then repair your file and eMail
you with a hyper-link that will allow you download it from our
server. You will then have 3 days to retrieve your file before
it is deleted and permantly removed from our system.
The free evaluation allows you find out if
your file is recoverable before sending any payment for
the services we have provided. Each evaluation includes the cost
and up to 10 photos showing various samples of the data found in
your file. You may then retrieve your file by submitting your payment for
the services that have been provided.
File recovery is fast and easy. In
most cases, less than 30 minutes, once your file is uploaded. More time may be
required for databases and files that are over 2
Mb. The time required to upload your file is dependent upon the
size of your file and your connection speed to the internet.
Please note that if you or your Company has a
firewall(and most do), restrictions could be in place that may
prevent you from sending or receiving files with us. Please be sure
